This online engineering PDH course is an overview of the plumbing fixture requirements related to the American Disabilities Act guidelines as of the date of the printing of this source material.


In today's complex building structures there is a need to take into account the American Disabilities Act that sets guidelines for plumbing fixtures and installations of those fixtures.  The department of justice enforces guidelines that require nondiscrimination on the basis of disability by public accommodations and in commercial facilities.


This 1 PDH online course is applicable to mechanical engineers, design and construction personnel, technical staff and facility personnel who are interested in gaining a better understanding in ADA standards for plumbing design systems.
