Project Management with Critical Path Method Applications
Course Highlights

This online engineering PDH course provides guidance on the planning, scheduling, monitoring, updating, crashing, and controlling of a network. It also presents resource leveling and allocation.

Project Management is the discipline of organizing and managing resources in a way that the project is completed within defined scope, quality, time, and cost constraints. A project is a temporary and one-time endeavor undertaken to create a unique product or service, which brings about beneficial change or added value. The primary challenge of Project Management is to achieve all of the project goals and objectives while adhering to the project constraints. The secondary, and more ambitious, challenge is the optimized allocation and integration of inputs needed to meet pre-defined objectives.

This course is intended to provide professionals with different perspectives in Project Management by addressing the Client’s needs in a Project Manager. This course discusses the application of processes, methods, skills, knowledge, and experience to achieve specific project goals and objectives according to the project acceptance criteria within the agreed parameters.
