Course Highlights

This online engineering PDH course provides an introduction to the elements critical to planning and scheduling for routine maintenance.  This course takes the student through the issues that are important to adequately plan and schedule routine maintenance work.

 

This course describes the objectives that must be met to achieve adequate planning.  It also describes the elements needed to ensure a comprehensive and thorough schedule has been assembled. The course begins by identifying the objectives.  It continues with identification of key elements of a complete work pack.  It also describes the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) needed to determine if your routine maintenance process is functioning in an efficient and effective manner.

 

This 2 PDH online course is applicable to engineers, plant managers, facility supervisors who are interested in gaining a better understanding of how to plan and schedule routine maintenance activities.
