Course Highlights

This online engineering PDH course provides a dedicated exploration of moral responsibility, ethical decision-making, and professional integrity for land surveyors.

This course examines the core canons of the Rules of Professional Conduct, focusing on the preservation of client confidences, the mitigation of conflicts of interest, and the strict prohibition of deceptive solicitation practices. It examines the ethical dimensions of professional competence, outlining the duties of objective and truthful reporting when serving as an expert witness.

Furthermore, the course analyzes real-world disciplinary actions to illustrate how ethical lapses, such as failing to complete contracted work or neglecting client communication, result in severe licensing penalties.
