  4. Complete the quiz online (unlimited attempts)
  5. Print your certificate instantly (or at a later date)

Certificate of Completion

Upon completing the quiz and clicking the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page, your quiz will be automatically graded and you will be instantly notified whether you passed or failed the quiz. A minimum score of 70% is required to pass the quiz. Once you pass the quiz, you will be able to view and print your “Certificate of Completion” for your records. You may also view and download your account information anytime.
